Young people and their voices matter, no matter who you are or where you live. We believe that if all children have the chance to learn and dream through books and writing, we can help make our world a better place to grow up in.

WriteUnite is a Monaco-registered Association founded by teenage student Omara Elling-Hwang which gives young people around the world the chance to express their thoughts and feelings about global issues that truly matter and raises money in the process.

Participation is free, easy and fun, and everyone who takes part helps to raise funds that give students vital resources they need to study and grow.

How it works:

  • Young people submit words and artwork around a theme

  • We publish every submission we receive in a book that is sold online and sent to schools on every continent

  • All profits are used to provide WriteUnite school kits. These are distributed through local and international grassroots charities to students who need them most

The most recent book is titled I Believe I Can... and was published in March 2016.

Creative young people imagine, write and draw their ambitions, and their teachers, parents and community leaders help them do it.

This is your chance to tell the world how you feel, see your name in print, and help other young people to have a rewarding education.
